These Purchase General Conditions are foreseen prior to the hiring process, they regulate the acquisition of tickets through the website tickets.alhambra-patronato.es property of Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife

These Purchase General Conditions must be complemented by the General Conditions of Access and Use of this Website set by the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife, as well as by any other Particular Conditions or specific hiring that may be established in each case.

The Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife may modify the current conditions and terms, by publishing such modifications on the Website, so that they may be known by the Users before any on- line purchase of tickets.

Therefore, the User, under his responsibility, must read carefully these conditions, everytime a purschase is carried out on this website.

The User declares to be over 18 and to have the legal capacity necessary to contract through the Website, consequently, to be bound by these General Conditions and Particular Conditions that may be applicable. With respect to all these conditions, the User declares to know, understand and accept them.

Likewise, the User acknowledges and accepts that tickets bought through this Website will be for own consumption, according to the regulations established by the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife.

In the case of contracting third party tickets, the consumption of these will be under responsibility of the User acquirer. In this sense, the User accepts these conditions.

The user declares that the data recorded in the purchase are true. The lack of veracity of the same may lead to the requirement of the liability that may arise in accordance with the applicable legislation.


Tickets purchased will be valid until the visit’s day and regarding the visit of the Palacios Nazaríes until the entrance time.


The purchase process can be done in Spanish and English.


Prices indicated on the screen are current, except for typographical error. They are set in Euros and are exempt from VAT according to the applicable regulations: Article b) and c) of Law 37/1992, of December 28.

Public visit tickets, when purchased in advance or subject to reservation, will be increased with the management fee established in the service contract that is in force.

The prices corresponding to activities with other entities refer to the part corresponding to the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife, the final price will be the result of adding to this price the parts corresponding to other entities according to what is agreed in the agreement that establishes the concrete activity.


Payment of tickets can only be made by credit or debit cards attached to VISA, MASTERCARD OR AMERICAN EXPRESS.

It is important to emphasize that the confidentiality in the treatment of their data is totally guaranteed, thanks to the encrypted transmission of the information between the User’s browser, the secure server of tickets.alhambra-patronato.es and the financial entities which manage payments.

The Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife reports that the use of this electronic payment system to acquire tickets is a criminal offense, in the case of:

• Provide false information from the buyer or card number used as payment method

• Use data of various people while buying.

• Provide card numbers that do not match the buyer’s.

• Use credit or debit cards from other people, taking someone’s identity.

• Use card numbers generated with computer programs or similar algorithms.

We remind you that in no case should you provide your payment card details via email, fax or social networks.


To obtain this discount the EYCA code must be provided during the purchase process; you will receive a ticket with QR and direct access to the monument. If not provided during the purchase process, it is required to present at the ticket office before access, the document proving that the visitor is beneficiary of the discount.


After purchasing the tickets you will only be able to change the visitors’ name until one day before your visit. Please check the applicable regulations* to see the proportion of tickets that can be modified.

All ticket purchases are considered firm and cancellations are not permitted.

*Applicable regulations

The identification of the visitor may be change up to the day before the visit in the fllowing proportion per purchase locator (letter code and identification number in the ticket reservation and sales system, up to a maximun of 60 people):

  • From 5 to 9 tickets: 1 name.
  • From 10 to 19 tickets: 2 names.
  • From 20 to 30 tickets: 3 names.
  • From 31 to 40 tickets: 4 names.
  • From 41 to 30 tickets: 5 names.
  • From 51 to 60 tickets: 6 names.


Acquired tickets do not accept refund, except in the following cases:

  • When it has not been possible to make the visit due to causes attributable to the PAG.
  • When certain of the cases established in Article 35 of Decree 197/2021, of 20 July, regulating the organisation and operation of the General Treasury of the Autonomous Community Government of Andalusia and collection management, occur.

The refund will be made in accordance with the procedure established in Title III Chapter III of Decree 197/2021, of 20 July, which regulates the organisation and operation of the General Treasury of the Andalusian Regional Government and collection management.

In no case shall the refund of the management fee established in the ticket management and sale system be refunded.


The current Purchase General Conditions and Particular Conditions that are applicable, will be under Spanish law, which will be applicable to what it is not provided on this contract, as regards interpretation, validity and execution.
