These bookings are made by phone (+34 858 889 002) or through online chat.

You will be provided with a booking locator code that must be exchanged for a ticket at the ticket office (main entrance), together with any of the following documents:

• ICOM/ICOMOS membership card, valid and nominative, and original ID Card or Passport.
• ICOM/ICOMOS valid organization card (museum, institution, etc.), together with official museum or organization accreditation document or payslip or any document that confirms working relation with the institution of the card. Also ID card or passport.

Not providing required documentation will mean the payment of public price of the ticket corresponding to the chosen visit at the ticket office.
