This reservation must be exchanged for an entrance ticket at the ticket office of the Conjunto Monumental accompanied by the following documentation depending on the card to be provided:
- The ICOM / ICOMOS member card with name, valid and identification document (ID card or passport)
- The ICOM / ICOMOS member card, not named, in force and together with the museum's identification card or official document, payroll or any other documentation that proves that the professional is a worker of the institution whose member card is being used. In addition to the ID card or passport.
